Job Summary

The Technical Director will lead the development of innovative solutions for peace and stability initiatives, working closely with the Peace and Stability practice area team. This role requires a strong understanding of conflict resolution, peacebuilding, and international development principles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement technical strategies for peace and stability projects, ensuring alignment with client needs and MSI's goals.
  • Lead the design and development of proposals, working closely with the Business Development Unit and other stakeholders.
  • Provide technical guidance and oversight to project teams, ensuring high-quality deliverables and client satisfaction.
  • Contribute to thought leadership and market positioning, identifying opportunities for MSI to advance its expertise in peace and stability.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in a relevant field, such as political science, sociology, economics, or international development.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in peace and stability programming, including in volatile, conflict-affected, and fragile contexts.
  • Proven track record of producing high-quality business development products and managing USAID-funded projects.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment, with diverse stakeholders and in complex, dynamic contexts.
What We Offer

MSI Tetra Tech is committed to providing a comprehensive compensation package, including a competitive salary range of $130,000 to $160,000 USD, depending on experience and qualifications.
