Key Responsibilities

As a Retail Store Team Member, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers with inquiries and guiding them through the store.
  • Supporting store operations by participating in various tasks such as receiving deliveries, stocking shelves, and maintaining cleanliness.
  • Ensuring merchandise is displayed according to company standards and is accurately priced.
  • Handling returns and managing go-backs efficiently.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Work Environment

Retail Store Team Members may work varied hours, including early mornings and late evenings, to ensure the store is well-stocked and clean. Flexibility in scheduling is appreciated to accommodate personal commitments.
