As a member of Zebra's Supplies & Sensor Business Unit, this position will engage with customer requirements and guide internal teams during initial customer interactions.

It will provide best practice insights, identify attractive options, and coordinate between internal teams - including RFID Quoting, RFID Project Management, and the RFID Supplies Business Development Manager to deliver solutions that surpass customer expectations.

Work is directed by Product Management.

Responsibilities:
Act as a technical resource for RFID Supplies sales, addressing key functionalities related to the performance of Zebra's RFID Supplies products and solutions in specific application contexts.

Serve as a consultant during initial sales opportunities, sharing insights on best practices and positioning Zebra as a leader in the market.

Communicate effectively and clearly during sales discussions, translating customer requirements and operational capabilities for internal purposes.

Oversee a variety of customer projects alongside the RFID Supplies Project Manager to ensure timely completion.

For priority RFID Supplies opportunities, you may be requested to assist the Sales team/partners with deployment and/or testing at customer sites.

Collaborate with Supplies R&D, Sales, Supplies & Sensors Product Managers, and the Supplies Operations team to execute and deliver RFID Supplies that meet customer demands.

Provide essential technical feedback on RFID Supplies products to R&D, sales, operations, and product teams.

Understand and convey Zebra's RFID manufacturing capabilities to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Stay informed and advise on RFID converting equipment to enhance manufacturing capabilities for large customer projects.


Review specifications with inlay suppliers and operations teams to create customer options that fulfill application needs at competitive prices.

Engage directly with inlay suppliers to explore potential options and configurations.

Work with the Supplies Estimating team to develop and adjust operational costing models.

May assist in creating technical training and/or solution documentation for RFID Supplies.

Help develop RFID Supplies product/solution demonstrations for both internal and external events.

Embrace curiosity and challenge the status quo with sales or operational teams.

Qualifications:

Required:
Bachelor's degree in a technical field.

Ability to comprehend and learn various programming languages.

2+ years of technical experience with RFID media/supplies applications.

Experience in a customer-facing role.

Experience collaborating with sales organizations.

Experience working within cross-functional teams.

Comfortable presenting to both internal and external audiences.

Ability to establish credibility within the organization and with Zebra's partners and customers.

Preferred:
Experience in the AIDC channel community.

Experience with RFID chip and inlay suppliers.

Experience in RFID supplies production and operations.

Experience with internal supply chains.
