Job Description

As an Instructional Assistant in Child Care and Development, you will play a vital role in supporting the educational and emotional growth of young students. This position requires a strong commitment to creating a safe and nurturing environment that fosters learning and development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist teachers in planning and implementing educational activities and lessons
  • Provide individualized support to students with diverse needs and abilities
  • Help maintain a clean and organized classroom environment
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement strategies for student success

Requirements:

  • TB Test and Background Check (upon job offer)
  • NCLB Compliance (upon job offer)
  • Child Development Permit (upon job offer)
  • Letter(s) of Recommendation- Submit up to 3
  • Proof of HS Graduation (Or Proof of College Degree or Coursework)
