POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking experienced Store Managers for locations in the Champaign vicinity. The specific Domino's site may be within a 30-minute commute from the Champaign area. Further details will be provided during the recruitment process.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Store Manager, you will oversee all operations during your shift. This encompasses cost management, inventory oversight, cash handling, and fostering customer relationships. You are expected to set a standard for your team and adhere to all company policies and procedures consistently.

GENERAL DUTIES FOR ALL TEAM MEMBERS

  • Operate all necessary equipment
  • Stock ingredients from delivery to storage and preparation areas
  • Prepare food products
  • Process customer orders via phone and in-person
  • Conduct inventory and complete related paperwork
  • Maintain cleanliness of equipment and facilities

TRAINING

Comprehensive orientation and on-the-job training will be provided.

COMMUNICATION SKILLS

Effective written and verbal communication skills are essential for processing orders and interacting with customers and team members.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND SKILLS

Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations quickly and accurately. Must be capable of making correct monetary change and using a computer for order entry.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

Exposure to varying weather conditions and in-store temperatures ranging from cool to warm. Tasks may involve navigating tight spaces and lifting heavy items.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Most tasks are performed while standing, with some lifting and moving of products required. A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle for deliveries are necessary.

QUALIFICATIONS

Management experience is required, with quick-service restaurant experience being a plus.
