Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Insurance and Financial Services Representative to join our team at Marcel Dore - State Farm Agent. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, educating customers about insurance options, and working with our agent to establish and meet marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
  • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options and develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
  • Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals, achieving mutually agreed upon targets.
Requirements
  • Sales experience, preferably in outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing.
  • Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas, preferably in a sales or customer service role.
  • Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, and listening skills.
  • Enthusiasm about the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreams.
  • Self-motivation and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to make presentations to potential customers and achieve mutually agreed upon marketing goals.
  • Property and Casualty license, currently held, and ability to obtain Life and Health license.
