Job Title: Oracle Fusion Finance Project Manager

Join RADGOV INC as a seasoned Oracle Fusion Finance Project Manager to lead the implementation of our finance module. With a strong background in Oracle ERP and at least 5 years of experience in Oracle Fusion implementation, you will oversee the customization and configuration of the finance module to meet our organization's specific needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure alignment and collaboration.
  • Develop comprehensive program and project plans, including resources, deliverables, and timing.
  • Accountable for delivering the initiative plan from conception to implementation.
  • Shape and lead programs that translate results from business diagnosis and planning into transformation programs/system integration projects.
  • Guide teams to address the right problems as efficiently and effectively as possible.
Requirements:
  • 10 to 15 years of Oracle ERP experience with at least 5 years of Oracle Fusion implementation experience with Finance and SCM focus.
  • Deep understanding of Oracle Cloud Fusion ERP Finance modules functionalities and best practices.
  • Knowledge of financial processes and accounting principles to ensure the ERP system meets financial needs.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address challenges and optimize system performance.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Project Management: Strong skills in project management methodologies, including Agile or Waterfall.
  • Tools and Resources: Familiarity with Oracle Cloud Fusion Documentation, Project Management Software, and Training Materials.

We are looking for a candidate who can work on-site 3-4 days and remotely 1-2 days. Local candidates are preferred, but non-local candidates can be considered. Travel costs will be at their own expense. If the candidate is willing to relocate, all travel and relocation costs are their responsibility.
