Key Responsibilities
  • Apartment Preparation: Prepare and clean apartments for new guests, ensuring they are in the best possible condition.
  • Key Management: Check-in and check-out all assigned keys, ensuring accurate tracking and management.
  • Maintenance and Reporting: Report maintenance issues or items needed in units, maintaining accurate records and communicating with staff as needed.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain inventory necessary to perform daily duties, including light bulbs, batteries, cleaning supplies, and other essential items.
  • Customer Relations: Develop and maintain on-site relationships with customers, clients, and vendors, providing exceptional service and support.
  • Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records of miles driven and daily activity, communicating with staff and management as needed.
Requirements
  • A valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • 2 years' experience in housekeeping, janitorial, or custodial work.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds.
  • Basic English skills.
  • High level of attention to detail.
