We are seeking a highly skilled Life and Annuity Development Specialist to join our team at Michigan Farm Bureau. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for training and developing our agents to provide top-notch life and annuity risk management solutions to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Train and educate our agency force on life and annuity products, including technical information and sales techniques.
- Conduct seminars and workshops to enhance the skills of our agents.
- Provide sales assistance to agents, including prospecting, fact-finding, and proposal preparation.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in life and annuity sales.
- Participate in corporate projects and initiatives as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, insurance, or finance.
- Minimum five years of life and/or annuity sales or underwriting experience.
- Proven ability to train in both one-on-one and group settings.
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
- Demonstrated aptitude for building relationships and identifying agency barriers to success.
- Life, Accident, and Health licensed.
