Virtual Call Center Agent Opportunity

We are seeking a part-time Virtual Call Center Agent to join our team at Dynata. As a Virtual Call Center Agent, you will be responsible for conducting outbound surveys with respondents and accurately recording their answers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct outbound surveys with respondents via telephone
  • Accurately record respondent answers in our survey software platform
  • Work from the comfort of your own home with a reliable internet connection
  • Be available to work flexible shifts within our operating hours
  • Meet the minimum requirements of 4 consecutive hours per shift and 20 hours per week
Requirements:
  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Have the ability to read and speak clearly
  • Be able to handle difficult calls in a professional manner
  • Have a typing speed of 30 wpm while maintaining accuracy
  • Have a dedicated, quiet working space that is free of distractions
Equipment Requirements:
  • Windows machine running Windows 10 or Mac computer running a recent version of MAC OS
  • 8 GB of RAM
  • 64 bit Operating system
  • 1.8GHz CPU or faster with at least 2 cores
  • Most recently updated version of Chrome browser
  • A personal email address capable of receiving files
  • 10 Mbps download internet access speed, 5 mbps upload speed or higher
