Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our guests, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Handle customer complaints and concerns in a fair and respectful manner.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and product knowledge.
  • Meet or exceed sales and customer satisfaction targets.
Requirements:
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish.
