Salary: $38,817 - $48,522 per year | Position Type: Full Time | Department: Municipal Court

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional customer service to citizens, defendants, and other stakeholders through various communication channels.
• Prepare legal cases for court, including drafting judgments, orders, and other essential documents.
• Maintain and update case information within the court management system.
• Process payments and manage public funds in compliance with established procedures.
• Assist in the filing of court documents and provide guidance on court procedures.
• Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
• Collaborate with legal professionals and local agencies on contested cases.
• Facilitate communication between parents, juveniles, and diversion programs.
• Contribute to the development and execution of program goals and policies.
• Compile and present statistical reports to the Court Administrator.

Qualifications:

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Minimum of three years in Municipal Court procedures, two years in customer service, and one year in data entry.
• Certifications: Certified Court Clerk II and a valid Texas Driver's License are required.
• Preferred: Bilingual in Spanish.
