About the Role

The Communications Specialist - Speech and Language will play a vital role in measuring and evaluating language abilities, auditory processes, and speech production. This expert will conduct treatment of persons with speech, language, voice, hearing, and swallowing disorders, assisting patients in establishing an optimal functional communication system to express physical, emotional, and social needs.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Master's Degree in Speech Pathology required
  • Current applicable state(s) temporary/permanent license as a Speech-Language Pathologist required or in compliance with the state practice act
  • Current BLS certification required or must obtain within 30 days of start date
  • Certification in Speech-Language Pathology from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association preferred
  • One year of relevant experience preferred
