Job Description

A leading provider of IT staffing and services solutions, TEKsystems, is seeking a highly skilled Wireless Systems Design Expert to join our team. We are looking for an experienced In-Building DAS Engineer who can support both carrier and public safety projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform site surveys and site walks
  • Create BOMs and assist in designing and revising wireless systems to optimize performance
  • Work with field technicians to commission, integrate, and test DAS equipment and signal strength
  • Perform sweep testing, PIM, OTDR testing, and quality control checks
  • Collaborate with design engineers, project managers, customers, landlords, and construction crews

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of in-building experience
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to travel 40-50% of the time
