Job Description

Cynet Systems seeks a highly skilled Clinical Safety Director to join our team. This role will involve working closely with customers, medical professionals, and internal stakeholders to ensure the safe use of our medical devices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive market development and adoption through evidence-based solutions.
  • Participate in medical risk/benefit evaluations and technical troubleshooting for clinical evidence reports, safety evaluations, and product reviews.
  • Provide expert guidance to product development, professional education, and regulatory affairs teams.
  • Support new product development and go-to-market strategies by providing clinical insights.
  • Help raise the organization's clinical acumen by sharing expertise with various teams.
Requirements:
  • Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) and board certification in Cardiothoracic Surgery or equivalent medical training.
  • 10 years of previous clinical practice experience.
  • Experience in Class II and III medical device technologies.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to drive achievement of objectives and interact professionally with all organizational levels.
  • Expert understanding of clinical studies procedures and related aspects of processes and systems.
  • Strict attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Estimated Salary: $88,240 - $92,490 per year
