Job Overview:
A leading Japanese real estate firm is in search of an Accountant to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client trust accounts, handling accounts receivable and payable, and ensuring compliance with GET/TAT filing requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage property management client trust accounts.
2. Oversee accounts receivable and payable.
3. Prepare and file GET/TAT documentation.
4. Maintain effective communication with clients primarily through email.
Required Qualifications:
- Bilingual proficiency in Japanese and English.
- Familiarity with accounting software, preferably Sage.
- Strong computer skills, particularly in Excel.
- Previous accounting experience is preferred.
