We are seeking a Sales Director to drive revenue growth and lead our nationwide sales team. Job Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sales growth in the manufacturing and housing sectors, specifically mobile homes.
2. Lead nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets and meet client expectations.
3. Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
4. Negotiate and close agreements with large customers, leveraging your negotiation skills and market knowledge to secure deals.
5. Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and suggest data-driven solutions.
6. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts to inform business decisions and drive growth.
7. Perform research to identify new potential customers and new market opportunities, staying up-to-date with market trends and competitor analysis.
8. Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients' needs, demonstrating exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
9. Collaborate with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency and alignment across all channels.
10. Stay informed about new product launches and ensure sales team members are equipped with the necessary information to effectively promote products to clients.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:
1. Proven work experience as a Director of Sales or similar senior sales role, with a track record of driving sales growth and leading high-performing teams.
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in the sales industry, with a focus on manufacturing, housing/mobile homes preferably.
3. Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
4. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and identify areas for improvement.
5. Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
6. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field, with a strong foundation in sales principles and practices.
