About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Transportation Project Manager to join our team at SCJ Alliance. As a key member of our transportation design team, you will be responsible for managing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Lead and manage project teams, including engineers, technicians, and other stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Monitor and control project progress, identifying and mitigating risks, and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in transportation engineering, with a focus on project management.
  • PE license and a bachelor's degree in civil engineering or equivalent.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with project management software, such as Primavera P6 or MS Project.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
