Job Description:
Pursue a challenging career opportunity with Paylocity, a leading provider of cloud-based HR and payroll software solutions. As an Executive Account Manager, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences to our highest revenue and most complex clients.

About the Role:
This position involves providing telephone, email, and on-site support to large revenue clients who contact Paylocity concerning payroll/HR practices, software operations, and other technical and non-technical issues. You will work directly with other departments to ensure client needs are met, developing business relationships with each client and identifying their objectives to align Paylocity solutions accordingly.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide professional, ethical, knowledgeable, and reliable service to clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned portfolio of high revenue, complex clients by continuously striving to meet and exceed client expectations.
  • Apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills to research, troubleshoot, and walk clients through products to solve requests.
  • Conduct proactive meetings through conference calls and possibly onsite meetings to identify business needs and maintain high satisfaction levels of clients within assigned portfolio.
  • Maintain expert-level knowledge of Paylocity products and partnerships to ensure each client realizes maximum benefit from system.
  • Monitor and facilitate resolution of open ITS(s) and participate in client conference calls with Client Relationship Managers when necessary.
  • Assist with special projects as assigned.
  • Work overtime as needed, especially during year-end.

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree or applicable client services/industry experience, minimum 3 years' experience in a payroll service bureau, benefits center, or as a payroll/HR/benefits administrator required. Prior experience in project management or problem-solving preferred. Experience in a help desk environment or software support highly desirable. Computer skills, including Windows and MS Office programs required. Customer service focused, strong communication and listening skills, strong problem-solving/analytical ability, strong mathematical aptitude, team orientation, time management, ability to manage change, dependability, and attention to detail are essential. CPP highly preferred.
