- Work with customers, sales, engineering teams, and suppliers to resolve technical or practical issues.
- Mentor AQE team members and encourage skill development.
- Participate in or recommend the adoption of new technology to improve quality and efficiency.
- Review 8D reports to ensure complete and professional responses to customers.
- Audit processes to ensure compliance with ISO-9001 and LPA standards.
- Participate in crisis management and respond to ongoing production issues.
- Travel to support internal and external customer needs and NPI programs.
- APQP process flow and purpose.
- Knowledge of Inspection Equipment and Inspection Methodology.
- Design Risk Assessment and Verification activity (DFMEA, DFM, Design Reviews, Qualification).
- Process Risk Assessment and Verification (PFMEA, FAI, Capability Analysis, QIP/Control Plan, Safe Launch, SPC).
- Statistics (familiarity with DOE, ANOVA, Hypothesis Testing).
- Computer Skills (basic office software, MiniTab, database query).
- Strong Presentation Skills.
- Familiarity with Model Based Definition is desirable.

- Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $150,000 – 225,000 (subject to change dependent on physical location).
- Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits.
