Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Assembly Technician to join our team at Builders FirstSource. In this role, you will be responsible for performing repetitive tasks on an assembly or sub-assembly line to produce building material components or millwork products. Your duties will include assembling building material components, such as wall panels, roof and floor trusses, and millwork products, as well as performing insertion or positioning of materials, clamping, splicing, and fitting parts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assemble building material components and millwork products
  • Perform insertion or positioning of materials, clamping, splicing, and fitting parts
  • Work on an assembly or sub-assembly line to produce building material components or millwork products

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong attention to detail, excellent hand-eye coordination, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will also need to be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
