POSITION SUMMARY: We are seeking skilled field investigators with expertise in Non-Standard Auto Claims, Special Investigations Units (SIU), or a solid background in Loss Prevention. The ideal candidate will navigate various scenarios with confidence and possess the capability to extract critical information in diverse environments. This is a Part-Time position aimed at enhancing our expanding service area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough investigations of insurance claims, including gathering recorded statements from claimants and witnesses, as well as performing scene assessments.
- Manage multiple complex claims investigations effectively.
- Analyze assignments and relevant documentation to establish case objectives and meet client expectations.
- Provide daily updates on case progress and activities.
- Maintain a satisfactory level of billable hours for clients.
- Prepare and articulate detailed investigation reports.
- Adhere to strict deadlines and deliverables.
- Participate in hearings and provide testimony as required.
Qualifications:

- Minimum auto insurance coverage as specified.

- Access to a smartphone and computer or laptop with a stable internet connection.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Associate or Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in investigating Life Insurance, Disability claims, Workers Compensation, and various liability claims (minimum of 4 years in claims investigations is preferred).
- Experience with AOE/COE investigations.
- Field investigation experience, particularly in conducting face-to-face statements.
- Knowledge of insurance law is advantageous.
- Fluency in both Spanish and English is preferred.
