Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and success by leading and developing a high-performing sales team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the General Manager and other department heads to align sales goals with overall business objectives.
  • Conduct regular sales performance reviews and provide coaching and feedback to team members.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve sales processes and customer experiences.
  • Partner with the General Manager to develop and implement sales training programs to enhance team member skills and knowledge.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address any gaps.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with lending institutions and manufacturer personnel to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Communicate management policies and procedures to team members and ensure they are aligned with company values and goals.
  • Recruit, train, and develop high-performing sales team members to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Lead by example and ensure that company values and goals are embedded in all aspects of sales operations.
Requirements
  • 5-8 years of automotive experience, preferably in a sales management role.
  • Proven track record of success in sales management, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and business growth.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing sales teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and develop strategies to drive business growth.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business needs.
  • Strong knowledge of the automotive industry and current market trends.
  • Ability to pass pre-employment screening, including background and drug tests.
