About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Leader to join our team in the Inland Empire territory. As a Sales Leader, you will be responsible for driving territory growth, developing new agents, and recruiting new talent to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive territory plan to drive market growth and increase sales revenue.
  • Provide sales consulting and coaching to agents to help them achieve their sales goals and maximize market opportunities.
  • Identify and recommend options to address agents' business challenges and market opportunities.
  • Develop and deploy operating budgets for territory sales and marketing efforts.
  • Recruit and develop new State Farm agents by identifying candidate pools, working with market area leadership, and mentoring new agents.
Requirements
  • Insurance/Financial Services sales leadership experience.
  • Strong industry knowledge beneficial but not required.
  • Demonstrated results in sales recruiting.
  • Experience in leading a team to achieve exceptional results and obtaining results through others.
  • Higher level leadership experience.
  • Business development and consulting experience.
  • Ability to influence others.
  • Strong communicator with ability to break down complex problems into simple terms.
  • Local network or personal knowledge of a geographic location beneficial in certain markets.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher level education desired.
  • Possess or ability to obtain FINRA Series 6, 63 and 65.
