Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Diesel Mechanic to join our team at TruckPro LLC. As a Diesel Mechanic, you will be responsible for repairing medium to heavy duty trucks and all models of trailers to specific customer and industry-standard specifications.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform repairs to customer vehicles and trailers
  • Communicate with customers and managers regarding completion times, services expenses, and possible changes
  • Monitor job profitability and quality, minimizing warranty claims and re-work
  • Submit work orders for invoicing
  • Maintain inventory and supplies
  • Prepare lists of required replacement parts
  • Clean work areas and maintain equipment, adhering to environmental, health, and safety standards

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience as a diesel mechanic in the heavy-duty industry
  • Possession of own tools or willingness to purchase tools required for the job
  • Valid driver's license and/or CDL with a good driving record
