Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Diesel Mechanic to join our team at B.A.H. Express Inc. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance and reliability of our fleet of trucks and trailers.

About the Role

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on diesel engines, including oil changes, filter replacements, and belt replacements.
  • Inspect and diagnose issues with brake systems, steering mechanisms, and other critical components.
  • Rebuild and repair gas and diesel engines, as well as other mechanical equipment.
  • Use hand tools and power tools to complete tasks, including pneumatic wrenches, lathes, and welding equipment.
  • Test drive vehicles to diagnose malfunctions and ensure proper operation.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in diesel engine repair and maintenance.
  • Knowledge of International ProStar and Cummins Engines.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills.
  • Physical stamina to lift heavy equipment and work in a fast-paced environment.
