About the Role:As a Diesel Technician/Mechanic, you will be responsible for assessing and repairing our fleet of Semi Tractor/Trailers at the Railyard.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and repair problems with mechanical, hydraulic, diesel, and electrical systems
- Read and understand hydraulic and electrical schematics
- Troubleshoot and repair diesel engines (Cat, Cummins, Detroit)
- Perform maintenance and mechanical repairs on Hostlers and Forklifts
- Maintain routine maintenance schedules on all Tractor Semi/Trailers
- Competitive pay ($31.00 hourly)

- 1-3 years of experience in Tractor Semi/Trailer repair and maintenance
- Knowledge of diesel engine systems, including fuel, electrical, cooling, and exhaust systems
- Able to perform maintenance inspections, including tune-ups, oil changes, and other key services
- Able to inspect mileage, belts, flushing fluids, and gasket replacements
- Hydraulic and electrical maintenance experience required
- Ability to lift 50lbs
- Open availability required (all shifts and holidays)
- Willingness to work in varying weather conditions
- Owning tools preferred but not required
- Valid driver's license
