The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced production environment, responsible for the assembly and disassembly of parts using sandblasters and soda blasters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble and disassemble parts with high attention to detail
  • Work independently with minimal supervision
  • Utilize critical thinking skills to troubleshoot and resolve problems
  • Operate sandblasters and soda blasters safely and efficiently
  • Meet production deadlines and maintain a high level of quality

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment preferred
  • Ability to work a non-traditional schedule (3:15pm - 1:45am Monday through Thursday)
  • Strong attention to detail and fine motor skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively
