Electronics Assembly Technician

At Daimler Truck North America, we are seeking a skilled Electronics Assembly Technician to join our team. As an Electronics Assembly Technician, you will be responsible for assembling electronic and mechanical components in our manufacturing and repair of electrical components. Your attention to detail and ability to follow instructions will be essential in ensuring the quality of our products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assemble electronic and mechanical components according to specifications
  • Operate production equipment used in the assembly of printed circuit boards
  • Perform go-no-go testing and inspection to ensure parts and assemblies meet production specifications and standards
  • Perform intermediate assembly tasks such as potting, encapsulating, conformal coating, cleaning, epoxy bonding, and curing of assemblies
  • Utilize hand tools to perform assembly functions

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 0 years of experience
  • Ability to read and comprehend detailed instructions and diagrams
  • Ability to write simple correspondence
  • Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations
