Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Assembly and Disassembly Specialist to join our team at Daimler Trucks North America. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for assembling and disassembling electronic and mechanical components, ensuring high-quality products that meet our stringent standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interpret work orders, production routers, and product manuals to perform assembly and disassembly tasks
  • Assemble and disassemble electronic and mechanical components, including printed circuit boards and wire harnesses
  • Operate production equipment, such as terminal crimping and wire stripping machines
  • Perform quality control inspections to ensure products meet specifications and standards
  • Participate in team huddles and contribute to process improvements
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 0 years of experience in electronics manufacturing preferred
  • Ability to read and comprehend detailed instructions and diagrams
  • Ability to write simple correspondence and effectively present information to customers and colleagues
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform repetitive motions
