Job Title: Pediatric Speech Pathologist

Cleveland Clinic Health System is seeking a highly skilled Pediatric Speech Pathologist to join our team. As a Pediatric Speech Pathologist, you will be responsible for evaluating and treating children with communication disorders, including speech and language impairments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate children's communication skills and develop treatment plans to address speech and language impairments.
  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions to children with communication disorders.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including pediatricians, psychologists, and occupational therapists, to ensure comprehensive care for children.
  • Develop and implement communication strategies to support children's learning and development.
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify children's communication strengths and weaknesses.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans to address children's communication needs.
  • Provide education and support to parents and caregivers on communication strategies and techniques.
Requirements:
  • Master's or Doctoral degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Current licensure in the State of Florida as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
  • ASHA certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
  • Experience working with children with communication disorders.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
