Speech Language Pathologist Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at Soliant. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional speech therapy services to individuals in need.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough assessments to diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders.
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to enhance articulation, fluency, voice, and language skills.
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of client progress.
Requirements:
  • Possess a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Preferably hold ASHA certification (CCC-SLP).
  • Must have or be eligible for state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities are required.
  • Previous experience with diverse populations is a plus.
