Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Technical Coordinator to support our Business Relationship Managers in cultivating a positive and productive relationship with our customers. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role and possess significant knowledge, experience, and abilities to successfully perform the responsibilities listed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take ownership of IT service delivery issues and manage complex operational challenges in a diverse customer environment with a wide variety of needs.
  • Interact with department staff from end users to executives to anticipate and respond to needs, with a focus on efficiency and customer service.
  • Provide consistent world-class service to customers, expertly handling escalations while maintaining an overall view service delivery and follow-up requirements.
  • Provide primary operational support and coordination to the department on behalf of the Business Relationship Manager.
  • Support Business Relationship Managers in tracking and documenting stakeholder satisfaction, services consumed and service level reporting.
  • Conduct analysis on Incident trends, and coordinate development of remediation plans with appropriate teams.
  • Promote business understanding of IT process, roles and procedures to support desired outcomes.
  • Work with the Business Relationship Manager and other ITSD stakeholders to continuously improve service delivery and communications with customer, identifying and mitigating problems and conflicts.
  • Lead and may champion change management activities, working with Change Management and other IT teams to communicate impacts, risks, and benefits.
  • Coordinate and support department software issues, training and installation.
  • Interface with IT Facilities to monitor IT move related activity and assist where needed.
  • Support lifecycle management - PC Replacement and Mobile Life Cycle Replacement, software assets.
  • Serve as a point of contact for access provisioning questions for the department and manages account data.

  • Relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
