At Pape' Machinery, Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled Equipment Service Technician to join our team in Tacoma, WA.

As an experienced Field Technician / Mechanic, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance and reliability of construction and forestry equipment at customer locations.

This is a unique opportunity to grow your career as a technician with our company's commitment to training, resources, and support. We offer competitive pay based on experience, ranging from $37.92 to $55 per hour, depending on qualifications.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience diagnosing and repairing heavy diesel equipment, possess basic computer knowledge, and demonstrate self-motivation and excellent communication skills.
