Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for installing and starting up new equipment, modifying existing equipment, and providing on-site technical assistance to customers.

Key Responsibilities- Install and start up new equipment, or modify existing equipment at customer's facility to ensure proper operational functionality.
- Provide on-site technical assistance to help repair equipment, review equipment reports and documentation from the customer and other field representative's to aid in trouble-shooting equipment faults.
- Analyze results and make a recommendation for repair or replacement of faulty components, or other corrective actions.
- Coordinate problem solving activities through central support structure including Tech Support, AMS Parts group, engineering, or customer service managers, to expedite required repairs.
- Maintain records of customer site visits, and detail service reports of work performed on equipment.
