About the Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Tangible Asset Valuation Manager. As a key member of our valuation practice, you will be responsible for leading and managing fixed asset projects with clients across the nation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist clients in understanding the valuation of fixed assets in the context of mergers and acquisitions, financial reporting, tax, and regulatory reporting, restructuring, and management planning.
  • Design valuation project scopes, manage day-to-day activities of the project team, and take responsibility for overall quality control of client deliverables.
  • Assist audit teams with reviewing and testing fair value estimates.
  • Manage client relationships and delegate work to staff according to their experience and capabilities.
  • Review the work of staff, provide mentoring and performance reviews, and develop business by expanding existing relationships with clients.
Requirements
  • Extensive analytical and project management skills, including the ability to meet target dates in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent modeling skills and written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to develop and manage team members.
  • Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, or related field and 5 years or more of personal property / fixed asset / M&E valuation-related experience.
  • Strong proficiency with relevant fixed asset-related data and reference sources.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Valuation credentials, or pursuit of such credentials, a plus (i.e. ASA).
