Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to join our clinical team. As an LPN at Alliance Health at Marie Esther, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care, administering medications, and collaborating with our interdisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including vital sign monitoring, wound care, and medication administration
  • Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by our medical staff
  • Monitor patient progress and report any changes or concerns to our medical staff
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure the highest level of patient care
Requirements
  • Active MA license as a Licensed Practical Nurse
  • 1 year of experience in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting
  • Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
