Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Fitness Assessments: Conduct comprehensive fitness evaluations for new members, including goal setting, body composition analysis, sample workouts, and tailored training program recommendations.
- Training Services: Deliver engaging, pre-designed one-on-one and group training sessions that prioritize safety and energy.
- Client Education: Provide clients with knowledge on effective training practices, nutritional advice, and recovery techniques.
- Results Orientation: Foster client success through consistent session attendance and performance tracking.
- Technology Proficiency: Utilize body composition technology and interpret results accurately.
- Digital Engagement: Leverage digital coaching tools to motivate and support clients beyond the gym environment.
- Customer Service: Maintain high standards of member interaction and accountability.
- Revenue Goals: Achieve monthly personal training revenue targets set by management.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the membership sales team to drive membership growth.
- Facility Maintenance: Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the training area.
- Professional Development: Commit to ongoing education and leadership opportunities, staying updated on certifications, CPR/First Aid, and industry trends.
Qualifications
- Nationally Accredited Personal Training Certification or the ability to obtain certification within 90 days of employment.
- CPR, First Aid, and AED Certification or the ability to become certified within 90 days of employment.
Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Understanding of fitness principles, endurance training, strength training, and program design to optimize client outcomes.
- Ability to coach effectively and manage time while motivating multiple clients in a group setting.
- Experience working with diverse clients with varying abilities and goals.
- Willingness to provide coaching services through virtual platforms, including messaging and video calls.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative team player.
- Flexible availability, including days, evenings, and weekends.
Preferred Qualifications
- At least one year of experience in personal training.
- Previous experience in sales is advantageous.
