An Independent Real Estate Agent plays a crucial role in guiding clients through the complex real estate sales and purchasing process. The ability to work independently and be self-motivated is essential, as clients rely on the agent to provide expert advice and support throughout the transaction process.

Real Estate Professionals earn a competitive income based on the number of transactions they complete. As they build their client base and gain experience, their earning potential increases. With dedication and hard work, a Real Estate Agent can earn a substantial income, with some agents earning upwards of $50,000 to $100,000 or more per year.

Regulatory Notice: While a real estate license is not required to apply, it is essential to obtain one before being hired. To become licensed, one must complete real estate classes and pass a state licensing exam. Our recruiting team will provide additional details on the licensing process.

Job Responsibilities
  • Interact with clients through various channels, including phone, email, social media, and in-person meetings.
  • Provide market insights and guidance to clients on the state of the local real estate market.
  • Answer questions and address concerns related to contracts, terms of sale, and other aspects of the real estate process.
  • Utilize technology to manage client databases and prospects.
  • Proactively reach out to clients to initiate or follow up on real estate transactions.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote properties and attract new clients.
