Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at PM Hotel Group. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and increasing market share through effective sales strategies and tactics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets and increase market share
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and lead generation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales and revenue growth
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to inform sales strategies and tactics
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge
Requirements
  • 5+ years of sales experience in the hospitality industry
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and increasing market share
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of sales and revenue management principles and practices
Preferred Qualifications
  • Hotel sales and revenue management experience
  • Knowledge of hotel operations and management systems
  • Experience with sales and revenue management software and tools
  • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time
