Primary Care Clinician in Skilled Nursing Facilities

Experience a fulfilling career as an Advanced Practice Clinician in the Colville, WA area. We are seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to provide primary care services in skilled nursing facilities.
About the RoleThis is a flexible opportunity with the ability to set your own daily hours, working 1-2 days per week. As an Advanced Practice Provider, you will have the autonomy to manage patient care and work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams.
The ideal candidate will possess critical thinking skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with healthcare professionals. A strong work ethic, adaptability, and empathy are also essential qualities for this role.
We offer a competitive compensation package, including a productivity-based model with uncapped earning potential. Estimated salary range: $50,000-$60,000 annually.
Key Responsibilities- Perform primary care services for short-term and long-term patients
- Manage chronic diseases, diagnose illnesses, and implement care plans
- Order and interpret lab results, prescribe medications, and coordinate patient care
