Job Summary
A highly skilled Scheduler is required to join our team at GeoStabilization International. As a Senior Scheduler, you will be responsible for developing and managing comprehensive schedules for construction projects. This role involves collaborating with various departments, project managers, and subcontractors to ensure efficient resource allocation, timely project completion, and adherence to deadlines.

Our expertise, proprietary tools, and worldwide partnerships enable us to repair virtually any slope stability or foundation problem in any geologic setting.

Your Key Responsibilities
* Analyze and evaluate scheduling needs for various construction projects
* Ensure efficient use of resources and optimize scheduling processes
* Communicate effectively with team members to confirm availability and resolve conflicts
* Monitor and adjust schedules as needed to accommodate changes or emergencies
* Maintain accurate records of schedules
* Reconcile project information using system outputs and scheduling meetings
* Generate and update reports to track efficiencies
* Data management duties include ensuring timely and accurate transmission of data between our ERP systems for drill inventory, crew counts, job completion information, and schedule date changes, daily updates of the master, detailed crew, and equipment schedules

What You Will Need
* Proven experience in scheduling or related field
* Experience in construction, logistics, procurement, supply chain, and compliance strongly preferred
* Strong analytical skills to analyze and assess scheduling needs
* Excellent time management and organizational skills
* Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in scheduling
* Effective communication skills to coordinate with team members
* Proficient in using scheduling software tools, as well as new trend software tools to streamline existing processes

Benefits and Salary
This is a hybrid position based out of our Westminster, Colorado office. Our in-office days are Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday with other days available for remote work. The salary range for this position is $97,800 - $115,100 per year, with eligibility for a yearly bonus.
