About the Job

Founders Consulting is seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to drive our USA sales offensive with unmatched dynamism. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for implementing our go-to-market roadmap and driving KYP to market leadership by meeting and exceeding sales quotas.

About Us

Our company has a rich history, starting from 2012 with 19 people at the office. Today, we are a nationwide service provider with around 200 employees, working together with leading companies such as Ericsson, T-Mobile, and Verizon. Our products have been chosen by more than 20 states, and we continue to grow and expand our services.

Main Responsibilities
  • Drive sales process from prospecting, negotiation, and through to contract closure.
  • Develop an effective multi-channel customer engagement strategy.
  • Ensure cohesive collaboration with marketing, pre-sales, customer support, and product teams.
Required Experience

We are looking for a candidate with a minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the telecommunications industry. In-depth understanding of specific issues and trends in telecommunications, particularly tower construction, is essential. A salary and compensation package that meets the candidate's wishes will be considered.
