Educación y Capacitación Mínimas:
  • Licencia de la Junta de Farmacia de Kentucky y/o Indiana en buen estado según corresponda al sitio de práctica.
  • Se requiere título de licenciatura en farmacia o Doctorado en Farmacia.
  • Se requiere certificación actual de Soporte Vital Básico (BLS).
  • Se requiere certificado de inmunización actual dentro de los seis (6) meses posteriores a la contratación.
  • Se prefiere experiencia en comunidad.
