Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the overall execution and performance of assigned Controls and Mechanical Installation delivery teams.
  • Ensure Branch goals and objectives are met, aligning with Senior Installation Manager's priorities.
  • Establish goals and development plans for direct reports, evaluating their performance and managing salaries.
  • Drive asset management, including cost control, billings, collections, and payables.
  • Recruit and develop Project Team Leaders, System Team Leaders, System Technicians, and Leads Systems Specialists with the necessary skills and competencies.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or Architecture.
  • Minimum of five or more years of progressively more responsible operations management experience in the Building Construction Industry.
  • High-level competence in written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to travel based on geographical locations of assigned teams.
