About the Role

As a key member of the Amports team, the Operations Manager of Automotive Facilities will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our facilities, ensuring the highest level of quality and efficiency in our vehicle processing services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Oversight: Provide strategic guidance and leadership to local facilities, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Customer Relations: Foster strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and expectations, and ensuring timely and effective communication.
  • Team Management: Lead and coordinate a team of supervisors and employees, providing coaching and development opportunities to enhance performance and productivity.
  • Financial Management: Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, ensuring accurate and timely financial information.
  • Logistics and Supply Chain: Coordinate logistics and supply chain activities, ensuring efficient and effective movement of vehicles and materials.
  • Quality and Safety: Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards, implementing processes and procedures to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
Requirements
