As an Aviation Maintenance Trainee, you will have the opportunity to engage in a variety of stimulating projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Acquire skills in conducting routine maintenance and comprehensive inspections on turbofan-powered aircraft.
- Diagnose, repair, and modify aircraft components and engines as part of this on-the-job training program.
- Manage tooling issuance to shop personnel and maintain an effective tracking system for tools.
- Inspect, service, and repair tools; facilitate or coordinate necessary tool calibrations.
- Prepare tools for shipment to external repair and/or calibration service providers.
- Maintain documentation for calibration certifications.
- Adhere to all safety, environmental, and general housekeeping protocols.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the department.

Position Requirements:
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Must fulfill screening and security prerequisites.
- Basic computer proficiency is essential.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Demonstrated mechanical and technical aptitude is necessary.
- Experience with various hand and power tools is essential.
- Ability to accurately interpret dimensions and measurements.
- Must be capable of lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Must be able to stand for a minimum of 8 hours daily and walk extended distances.
- Must be able to bend, stretch, crawl, and climb ladders to access challenging areas within the aircraft.
- Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively, both in person and over the phone.
