About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Primary Care Nurse Practitioner to join our team at ChristianaCare in Avondale, Pennsylvania.

This is a part-time position that offers a unique opportunity to work closely with patients, physicians, and staff to deliver high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages, including routine check-ups, health maintenance, and treatment of acute and chronic conditions.
  • Conduct thorough medical histories, perform physical examinations, and order diagnostic tests as needed.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and ensure seamless transitions.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in primary care and participate in ongoing education and professional development.
Requirements
  • A graduate degree in nursing from an accredited institution.
  • Current RN licensure in the state of Delaware or Pennsylvania.
  • At least two years of experience in primary care or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • BLS certification required.
Compensation and Benefits
