- Supervise the daily activities of technicians and production teams to ensure task completion and goal achievement.
- Set priorities for the team to ensure efficient task completion and goal achievement.
- Have supervisory responsibilities and serve as a working leader.
- Provide leadership and direction to a multi-faceted team of technicians providing IT support to multiple sites.
- Coordinate with Senior Leadership and other teams to support the development and maintenance of operational processes.
- Manage resources to meet Service Level Agreements and maintain budget objectives.
- Participate in interviews and contribute to hiring decisions.
- Establish training and operational processes to ensure adequate human resources to meet regional challenges.
- Submit regular reports on daily operations, refresh efforts, and project management.
- Deliver or oversee training to maintain adequate human resources to meet regional challenges.
- Track productivity to determine worker or process weaknesses.
- Onboard new employees and enforce compliance standards for both the customer and ManTech.
- Set goals and evaluate employee performance.
- Provide direct and indirect feedback to subcontractors temporarily assigned to the region.
- Provide close communication and collaboration with customers, senior leaders, and other ManTech management personnel.
- Five years of experience delivering IT services (primarily hardware).
- Able to support travel as needed to support operational objectives.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to interface with the customer daily and explain complex technical topics to both internal and external customers.
- Must have a 8570 Level II certification, such as Security+ CE.
- Seven years of hands-on hardware deployment experience supporting network, end-user, conference room and other IT services.
- Clearance Requirements: Must have a current/active TS/SCI w/ Polygraph.
