Emergency Department OverviewOur 10-bed general emergency department is dedicated to providing high-quality care to the Nogales, AZ community and surrounding areas.
Responsibilities- Provides direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols.
- Implements and monitors patient care plans, ensuring effective and efficient care delivery.
- Coordinates patient care with other healthcare professionals, ensuring seamless transitions and optimal outcomes.
- Assesses and documents patient condition, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
- Valid current Arizona Nursing License or compact state license.
- 1 year of professional nursing experience in an acute care setting, preferably in Emergency, Critical Care, Telemetry, or MSO RN roles.
- BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS, and CPI certifications within 90 days.
- Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing and continuing education requirements as defined within the CARE program.
